Average Amount of Unique visitors to expect for first month startup?

I hope this is the right place to post this as Ive checked all other places on the forum and cant find any similar posts...

I just started a site this month and I just wanted to see where I was on scale of average amount of unique visitors per month...Right now I am at 600 and there are a few days left of the month.. just wondering if that is normal, lower than normal, or above average thanks for the insight!

Average imo.... do two hours of SEO/promotion every day and you will see good results.

 

i think still work needs to be done. Usually after 6 months, you can expect 2000-3000 uniques monthly.
