Average 50 visitors a day, in 4 days?

Is that good traffic? Right now, my goal is to have at least 100/pd. Right now my blog is very entertaining. Gaming blog atm, I'm hoping to expand to new things and getting a new design created. Right now, I've made maybe .08 cents in last 4 days from the site, 1 click through. Not bad, hopefully if I can convert more visitors they might click my ads more frequently for the great content I'm giving them.

Right now, it's just me and a guest writer that wants to express his views and another friend who likes writing. I think I'm doing a great job so far, I blog about things I love. I've managed to some how get 22 followers on twitter.

Getting a lot of direct traffic and traffic from bing.

I'm thinking about adding a gaming forum to the mix, do you think its worth it? How much work would it be to add a forum? Forum wouldn't be huge just a few minor forums (4-5 categories) which talk about different consoles and gaming in general. Gear and what not. Just a great gaming community.

I'm also thinking about having a separate domain for the gaming forum, would it be worth the risk? Separating the blog and forum completely?

I'm also participating in http://shoemoneyx.com/ hopefully, I'll learn how to make money from this website as well. I also think I've skipped a step in buying a site, just going to try applying these 12 weeks to my site and see if there is any changes over the next 3 months.

 

Depends where the traffic is from. What are the referral stats? If it's from social sites like Stumbleupon, then it's not much (I can get thousands of UV's daily with a decent article) but if it's like from Google, then good job

Sorry my bad Tired and couldn't read properly. Bing is the new Microsoft Search Engine? Haven't done SEO and stuff in ages.. Been focusing too much on PPC. Is it easy to rank one?

One of my sites get's 100K uniques a day and it's not good enough.

 

I never asked if it was good enough, I asked was this good for a start up site that ain't been up a week yet.

 

Get on social bookmarking and you can double that traffic amount mate. Not sure if it will monetise as well as your Bing traffic tho.

I think adding a game forum would be a very nice touch that would differentiate you from the rest of the people who create forums! I would create more fun and less tension in term of people giving advice on internet marketing and promoting product! It would allow people to just come together and talk about some real fun!

Yeah if its targeted traffic then it's great but you've heard of
people buying traffic and some of that traffic never gets any clicks

 

I've also earned atleast $1 from adsense in the last 2 days.

 

MY traffic is dairy 100 ip too, my incoming not come from ad but order of our prducts, we are a online shop!

Personally I think starting a gaming forum is a great Idea if it is only a little forum then you could probably get away with just hosting it on your blog. It would be good for keeping a continuous stream of updated content on your blog.

Well I think as for self promotion it's ok. I already get 100/uvs everyday to my new blog which launched 6 days ago.

I receive a good amount of traffic from bing.com aswell I'm ranking good in there hehe

 

that's a fair amount of traffic if you are just starting up.
