Hey guys the site is the link in the sig, avatars only seem to be working for the admin and moderators.

I have it set to enabled for normal users and guests etc but it still doesnt let my users have the custom avatar box so they can upload infact its not even there as they have sent me a screen shot.

Could it be i have left out a file?

    Anyhelp is appreciated.

If you go to the admins or mods profile page the avatars are on the normal left side but for users there on the right.

    Can anyone help with this?

Check the usergroup permissions and/or modify/enable the avatars for each usergroup.

    Thanks,

In the future you should try using vbulletin's support assuming you have a license and your support hasn't expired. You nan get responses in under 15 minutes which is awesome and they are really knowledgeable.
