Avatars not uploading

    When I am trying to upload avatar all I am seeing is this

    And in the post it is looking like this

    Can anyone please tell me what's wrong? why are the avatars not uploading?

    I guess maybe your php is in safe mode?

    Have you configured the permissions properly and also
    if your webhosting has phpsafe mode enabled >
    you have to create a folder and give it 777 permissions and then select PHP safe mode enabled in vBulletin admincp
