I use avatars in my site a lot. They are an essential part of many of my posts. The avatars I use are from a third party website which gives an embed code.Would this be considered against Google Rules? Here is an example of a post with an avatar.

I can think of nothing in the TOS that would prohibit this, UNLESS you are using those avatars without the consent of the website you are getting them from. But, never trust what some stranger tells you on the interwebs. Read and understand the TOS and other rules for yourself. If you have a question about a specific part of the TOS as it relates to your site, maybe we can help you thru that.

No, its quite fair to use Avatars from third party and Google wont create any problem for that. So don't worry.
