Avatar (3D) movie!!!

Hi all,

I wanted to know, if you have seen the new Movie Avatar, and if you think it is a good movie.

Please let me know.
This is the description given by Vue cinema, also please can you suggest a comparison or any suggestions?

 

I havent watch it but I am planning to . I have read that it has great effects but I am not sure yet about the story I am still contemplating to watch it since I dont like to watch movies which is only good in animation but has poor stories

 

same here, I am in a conundrum, as I only ever go to the cinema to watch movies if it is extra good, and that more than offten is usually not an animation. I more than often wait for it to come out on dvd or just download it.
But it was a high budget movie, with really cool graphics, so it might be worth it.

 

Why this movie can't be made in reality instead of 3D ?

I think red and blue 3D glassed don't work
only the polorized glasses that look like sunglasses work.

 

Is it even worth watching the movie in 3D. I don't think there is any point. If I go, I will watch in normal 2D view, I don't think 3D will be better!?!

 

Avatar movie is awesome movie in the 2009.but In my opinion the real one is more effective than 3D one.

really? I will see this 3d movie tomorrow. I do think 3d is more better than 2d

 

avatar 3d is much more better than avatar 2d it is a great movie

 

Big names big film makers but not up to the mark specially the 3d version was okay not outstanding.....

 

I saw this movie but didn't completed it.
Only 1 hour and then switched it off.
Didn't like it much as I expected.

I seen the movie for 1 and half hours only, but i don't say it is not a good movie. i don't get time to view it fully....... But it is better to watch in 3D, so that you can enjoy the graphical illusions made by technician as you can feel them right near you. A good movie and a different approach by the director.

 

I like avatar.I think very best movie.

 

i liked it too.. saw it when it released on the day...the visual and audio effects are simply superb..

 

i wanna see it on blu ray when it coems out.
