In our current installation of Optigold, we have purchased 2000 client licenses. We currently have just over 1750 active/on hold customers and 250 canceled customers. We don't have customers with any other statuses. When we go to add a new customer, the license count indicates that we only have 125 licenses left. By my calculations, we should have about 250 left. Any suggestions on where to find the discrepancy? JW
Canceled customers count towards the license, so you would need to delete them to recoup those licenses.
