Autoresponders are a very important tool to any online businesses.

Which autoresponder service do you use, and why? Or do you do it yourself?

    Start rolling in opinions!

I use the built in with my client...works pretty effectively.

There's no need to go out and buy a service or anything for it..it's easy to setup.

I use my Blackberry to make sure a client's message never goes unanswered. To be honest, I find answering emails every time, even with just a 'I'll get back to you shortly' type of message, encourages me to get on the ball right away to wrap things up. Makes for great support response time :D

Play it safe, use aweber. To be flexible and adjust to difficult demands you
will need a script. Ideally one that is central and handle multiple accounts
and auto-saves your database to an off-server location, that's important.
