autoresponder using cron jobs

i basically need a script that will be installed in my domain and will act as auto-responder using cron jobs.

after x amount of time it should check my emails and respond to them.

i should be able to do this with many emails that are created from my domain.

i should be able to change the delay time of each auto response with ease.
