Automotive site - needs some TLC

I have decided that as part of my new years resolution that I would try to reduce my collection of websites from 20 plus down to a more reasonable number that I can manage. Thus I have been selling off some of the sites that I have been neglecting, so that hopefully somebody might find a bargain and maybe I could get some funds to reinvest into my other sites.

I bought this site at the first of the summer and had good plans for it, but I have had too many sites to finish them all. I converted all the html to php (headers, footers etc), added more content and pages to the site, but have never began to link or market the site, thus the no revenue, or traffic.

It has been basically sitting there dormant. I see some demand for auto related sites here and think that this site could make a good start / frame work to create a great auto related website for somebody.

The site does not use any database or scripts so is simple to move to another host, or I could arrange to have it hosted where it is if the buyer wishes to arrange that.
