Quick sales. Prices low. I need rent money so i am getting out of the web design business. I have 3 websites, www.legalstreets.com www.wmnation.com and www.highhobbies.com

Highhobbies was the main forum but since I will open a customs shop called HighHobbies i need to keep the domain name. I registered a new domain name a few months back and transferred the forum to legalstreets. Highhobbies is not for sale. All posts, members, and threads have been moved to legalstreets and all the members said they like it better as it is now.

Since legalstreets.com was highhobbies.com and i had to move it, i will keep the links up on www.highhobbies.com front page (the only page) for 6 months, 12 months if you buy it now.

Link submission to directories and search engines will complete in a week or so, highhobbies was a PR3 and still is, but Both legalstreets and wmnation have no PR because they are new domains, not new sites. Predicted PR3 for legalstreets when google crawls, and PR1 or PR2 for wmnation.

Hits have been down a bit because I have no time to maintain anymore.

Highhobbies is not for sale.

Income for wmnation: None, but predicted $10 a month on adsense?

I also have a pending advertiser. I will send address for you to email them to ask for advertising for 1,3, or 6 months.

both use SMF forum, its the best admin section i have ever seen.

legalstreets is an interesting looking forum, but IMO your BIN is too high - even at the lower price. I have difficult accepting it's made $100/month unless you're talking about link sales, which is a dangerously unstable factor to account for with a brand new site.

The site has problems in that it has little traffic, little activity, and any new owner would have to build up momentum on a new forum themselves.

Also, there's a lot of low grade content on there - approx 22% has nothing to do with cars, and approx 18% is just site news and suggestions etc.

Then lots of your apparent content is just single links to other sites - nothing that search engines are really going to pick up on at all.

That's not to mention that's basically bulked up with forum posting services.

So you basically have a relatively new and lifeless forum with around 1300 posts of little content.

IMO you should be looking at a much lower BIN for a sale, but that's just my opinion.

Also the money is made from top banner sales, not link sales. The forum recieves alot of hits, and was a PR3 before transfer to new domain.
