    This is a well aged forum (the domain name is 9 years old, and the forum is a couple of years). There are currently no real posters - all new posts are pulled in from rss feeds, but it wouldn't take much to turn this into an active forum.

    The best part about this forum is that it's already making money. I made $11 over the last month using skimlinks (similar to viglinks, where they add affiliate links automatically to your content).

    I'll push the domain to your enom account. If you don't have an enom account I'll create one for you for free and provide you access - from there you can transfer to the registrar of your choice.
    I'll provide the buyer with the html and database files - you'll need to install it yourself.
