Selling Automobile Blog | High Traffic (pure Google search) | Linked well!

Hey,

I have a high traffic receiving Automobile Blog, which i am selling for 400$.

All the content are original and personally written by me. We are expecting a PR 3+ in the next update, i.e in the end of this month and it has been a source for major automobile website like GMauthority, Autoblog Green, autotribute, overheadblog, etc..

I have started using Adsense since Feb 15 2010 -March 16 2010 and i have received close to 40$. And this is just the beginning.

I am selling this blog at monthly income x 10 months = 40 x 10 = 400$. So i am justified in the price.

I am not willing to sell it any less because a lot of work have been done on this by me.

I'd be tempted to buy this site but I think $400 is quite a lot. I appreciate you're working it out by monthly income x 10, but that income was only for one month.

Judging by your traffic stats, you had a spike last week some time which will be skewing the figures a fair amount. Any idea what this spike was because of?

Still, the regular traffic looks about 300-500 a day, is that right? If so, it's still a pretty good site.

 

Most of The pages indexed in google started to come in the top 10. Its really a great feeling when the blog becomes popular. Well, currently, the site is currently being sold for 400$ through PM.
