Finding good information on social bookmarking tools is rather hard. Lots of marketing spam. Anyway. Does anyone have any experience with the software out there and can make recommendations?
I'm sure many other marketers on here will tell you the best and only Social Bookmarking software to buy is Bookmarking Demon. If you Google it you'll find the link pretty quickly, and although it doesn't perform miracles overnight the results it can pull in really is huge for gaining backlinks, PR updates, and higher Alexa ranking!
bookmarkwiz that is... simpler and more accurate than oter bookmarking software. only if it comes with lot of proxies and email acccounts..
You can try socialposter, just google it. You can submit to more than 70 social bookmarking site at one time.
I don't prefer and social bookmarking tool. Nor there is any point in submitting your stuff to long list of bookmarking sites. Just imaging if you submit your stuff on digg.com or mixx.com and your story does not get any votes..it won't add any value to your site. Its sheer wastage of time.
bookmarkingwiz and other alternatives creates accounts to get higher rankings in search engines and that's why they are used by many. I never tried yet but i am still searching since it is a little high prices for me. but in long run, it works well i guess... although the latest version is not admried by many as far as I follow...
Bookmarking demon, socialmarker.com, onlywire.com, and Senuke are the tools that you can use for bookmarking..
Onlywire is a good service, it's also free which is nice if you throw a link to them on your webpage or blog. As a tip, it can be put somewhere in an archive if you don't want people to see it. Incansoft also makes a nice bookmarking program as well that is more highly automated then onlywire.
It definitely helps to automate! With that said, a wise use of time is to research which networks are growing the quickest and ride the link juice wave. A few choice sites can do more good than a long list of smaller ones ... although for link building the more the merrier
OnlyWire works well and more importantly its free. Is it worth paying for the better ones. Or better to use those dollars to get someone else to do the submissions for you?
