Is there a tool that can record something that I did online and then reproduce the action example: On Microsoft Word and other Office products you can record Macros, you make the actions and then after that you can run the Macro and the computer does the work for you. Is there something similar for Internet explorer. Example record an action and tell the program to repeat the same thing at a certain time. This would be great to automate things for any online business. Any suggestions??
I personally have never run across anything like this. Automation sometimes isn't the best way to go though. You might run into a unique situation that wouldn't require the typical response. I would becareful of any automation application.
I'm not sure which OS you're using, but if you're a windows user you might try something like ActiveWords. They have a scripting language that might be able to handle what you're trying to accomplish. The company has a free trial too. http://www.activewords.com/
Well for example every day at a certain time I go to eBay click on one of my auction click where it says RELIST this auction click submit, this is something that I do every day at exactly a certain time, sometimes I am not home at exactly that time. If I could make the computer do this for me automatically with a macro or a program it would be great.
Yes, that program has been around since 1998 or so and that's the same site. I have been using it for stuff since then and have downloaded it many times.
