we would like to automate our customer feedback email process. right now we manually send e-mails to customers one week after the product arrives via fedex. the emails basically ask if they're happy with the product and have any further questions. but does anyone have any advice on how we can make the fedex delivery confirm e-mail the trigger so that some sort of automated email system on our end will auto-send out an email 7 days after delivery? can we tie fedex with constant contact? or some variation thereof? please advise. thanks in advance!
