Automatically Ping?

    Is there anyway I can automatically ping places like "Syndic8" etc once we update our news (and then in turn make a new XML file).

    Well ideally I want to intergrate into our web application so it does it automatically rather than loading the page etc. Anywhere I can post a form too etc?

    pingomatic lets you save the url, to ping again.
    Just bookmark the url (or put the link on your site and pink it from there :) :)
