automatically change my monitor shape

    hi all,
    i use VIEWSONIC monitor , sometimes its show a msg OSD LOCK with a blue screen, i post this and get a result ,someone tell me that press any button on my monitor for 10 sec, i get the result.but from some days i see that its automatically change my monitor shape ,change contrast, brightness etc, means change all things include monitor program automatically without pressing any key.
    whats the problem ???? can anyone help me ?

    its very important ,please give me suggestion

    Did you look at the ViewSonic's webpage for your monitor? Maybe you can contact the place where you bought yhe monitor?
