The plugin you use pulls automatically videos from http://www.megavideo.com/

What if these videos are removed does it recognise that?

Also isnt illegal to pirate movies, do megavideo remove movies posted to its site, and isnt it risky advertising the fact you can provide these movies, even though they are only embedded?

What about themes, are they included with the plugin? Or did you do that off your own back?

you have to manage the movie blog just like others, which means when the video has been removed you can edit and replace the video. I've included broken link report plugins, so if any of your visitor found any dead links they can report them for your action.

As for copyright issue, this has been discussed before. every webmaster/blog master whoever runs movies site should know the risk and if you learn how to properly manage the site you can even lower the risk.
