Yeah there's a lot of free tweet posters. I use social oomph the free version.

 

I also use twaitter although I've been having a few problems with my links in recurring tweets... (They get shortened and then don't work in the real world, not sure if anybody else is having that problem)

 

I use twitterfeed it's totally free just need to register and then need to create your blog feed and connect with your twitter account then after when you will make any post on your blog/site it will automatically will update on twitter
