I have a question here though. How could Google figure out the difference between automated created bookmarks and manually created ones?
I like onlywire because it is not 100% auto but *massively* cuts down on the time- but, you still get to see that things are actually being created and you are involved just enough in the process to know that it is working. I've tried a few 'auto' programs that would for example say the job was complete, only to find it didn't actually post to several sites. I recommend paying the $10 a month to be able to make lots of submissions and not have to deal with the code or site limits / whatever they do with the free version.
