Buying Automatic sites with 2-5k UV/day

    Hi everyone,

    I am interested in purchasing a site that will NOT require regular work that gets 2-5K UV/day. The site must be in ENGLISH.

    Open to nearly any niche, though may lean a bit towards entertainment or forex/business niche sites.

    Budget is in the low $xxx.

    People will put up a website. Generate traffic using bots.

    No one will sell a website with such traffic (Genuine) for such low price.

    Even at 0.02$/Visitor, 2000 visits per day is worth 40$ (You will spend atleast 5 times if you go to adwords or any other good source)

    That is 1200$/Month.

    10 to 20 months revenue, site will be worth atleast 12000 - 25000$

    If someone is selling for less and you end up buying, he will be the winner and buyer will be the looser.

    It is simple maths.

    If you have 2000 visitors/Day and say 4000 pageviews/day, I am sure you will make atleast 5-10$/day in ad revenues (If the traffic is genuine)

    That is 150$ to 300$/Month
