hey there i'm looking for a program to update me the minute theres an update on certain boards or forums etc i'd like something to work like klipfolio that i have at the moment but it only updates every 5 minutes and is not very accurate anyone have any idea's? just a program thats looking for updates continuously or every 1 minute for on update on a rss feed. thanks
