Automatic or Easy way to install PHP code

Hi ALL
I have over 491 .html & some PHP pages on my site.
IT will take me FOREVER to add this code to all manually

Is their a tool to add this automatically
or it will take me weeks to get my account validated??

if you keep your site on a windows box, ultraedit has a great search and replace in files function. Shareware, but really good shareware. Feature works in the 30 day trial. On a unix box, you can run an sed script.

Or...

If you run apache, you can use a little server side function to get it done.

Search for mod_rewrite in this forum. Another keyword would be passthru.php I believe.
