Automatic Logon for the AutoTask and Web sever

    I am trying to get my Automated Tasks workstation and my Web Server to logon automatically to Optigold, but I can't get it to work.

    I have followed the instructions in the user manual. The username and password that is used to logon to the workstation is the same as the Employee username and password defined in Optigold for the Automated Tasks. Same setup for the Web Server.

    But neither one will logon on it's own.

    What am I missing?

    Are you sure the employee name (not username) matches for the workstation? That's really the only thing it looks at.
