Automatic installation scipt

Hi DP, hello members,
I'm looking for a script , I don't know what we call that , so I can't have good results doing search ..

I want to to give users an opportunity to make a blog/CMS (wordpress, joomla or drupal ..) online within my site (using a subdomain , example.mysite.com) , I would like a script to make automatic installation for the script ...

Does it have to be open source? Or can it be proprietary?

What features are you specifically looking for?
Users have to fill a form , to make a request , i just have to accept (so the CMS will automatically be installed) or reject the request ..
