    I dont know any ,but what you want to make with a software like that ? Forums its a place where you need to help people and you must to deliver value .Even if you find a bot like that i dont think you will succed as people and administrators hate spam and they will ban you very fast

    Avoid using something like that.
    Your posts will not be in correct categories, most will not make any sense, and you will end up getting blocked.
    You can use some cheap manual forum posting services instead.

    I will be a realist, free and good submitter you will not find. You can use russian auto submitter xrumer but it is very expensive, then you have cheaper solution but without database Effective Forum Submitter

    it might be of no use.
    For Backlinks , every-time you get banned from any forum, your ip address will land up in spam list.
    try manual work that is much better than software stuff ( just a suggestion rest on you).
    Below are few which i just searched to help you.
    XRumer is old paid software
