    Automatic domain appraiser,

I personally use estibot .com and premiumdomain .com and I think they are good sites :)

if you use other sites please share them :D

I think domain appraisers are good in a way that they tell you how much your domain is worth based on a number of factors. But then again there is the 'human' element which actually decides the final value of the domain. There are a lot of factors to consider when deciding how much a domain is worth.

Hmmm... I have personally never used an automatic appraiser but I have seen the results for tons of sites and the results are abysmal at best. The prices range from just a few bucks up to the tens of thousands for just about the same names. The price for a domain is equivalent to how much people are willing to pay for it, and any domain that's not basic (ie: justgivemeabreakman.com) will not be worth much even if the appraiser gives it a high score (because it has a lot of dictionary terms in it). Pay the extra buck to get a full custom appraisal worked up for you as it's worth it in the long run. Also be careful of copyrighted names as those can and often are legally belonging to the copyright holders (even if they are clueless about them).

I was not aware that automated appraisal sites even existed. I will have to check these out.

I dont think they give an accurate dollar value but appraisal sites like estibot do give many useful stats that you can use to form your own opinion.
