Automatic content writers

I came across some plugins like zamantra and caffein content, for wordpress.
Well really the similar, but different in a way because, zamantra uses outgoing links in your posts so you are not really coping or stealing anything, instead caffein content it just add posts, comments,content videos taken from the net.
Now the my point is how can be effective a way of managing a blog without really putting your idea into it? Is it worth it?

 

it depends on several factors, a good idea is to mix automated content with some original content.
