Thanks, I found a use for it

 

Just a heads up for everyone using this or other plugins. They oftentimes will get you banned from technorati or other blog search engines. This is because you are posting the same content that everyone else is with the exact timestamps etc. The more feeds you pull in the worse your chances of staying listed.

Well i also run a lot of automaed blogs and have learnt a few things over time..one of my blogs had a a highest of 33k visitors a day!

I make automated blogs as a hobby and am in the process of making 2 of them for customers right now..one of them right here at DP

My problem today is to choose the right feed... That is not rssfeed and that many times has pictures in some posts.

Can you share your tips for that

What's wrong with pictures in the feeds? I look at that as an added bonus.

 

Pictures would certainly be nice... I'm having trouble finding feeds that include the whole content instead of just the abstract/description.

 

Are you earning via adsense from these vblog? or other income sources?

 

I have used adsense but I don't really like it in general. Some affiliate programs, some to drive traffic to other sites, etc. Most of them we sell before we can monetize anyhow.

Can i know how to automate a wordpress blog.
In the newer wordpress version, feedwordpress plugin is not working

 

What about if the person whose feeds your using has given permission to use their material, but not all of their material is by them? (they used someone else's posts that they've been given sole permission to use) and these feeds also end up on your site?.

 

Can I get a similar script for a normal site? I've been looking for one but haven't been able to find anything good.

 

hi guys, can anyone guide me on feedwordpress and the_excerpt Reloaded please? I try many times but get error, can you guide me from start till the end? OK, here is the step i should do for install feedwordpress?



1.Install feedwordpress.php in your WordPress plugins directory.

2.Install update-feeds.php in your WordPress wp-content directory.



Then i loss my way when starting from below step:



Optional) Upgrade the copy of MagpieRSS packaged with WordPress by installing the new rss-functions.php (archived in OPTIONAL/wp-includes) into your WordPress wp-includes directory.



Is this mean i must contribute this step? Wish someone will point me out. Thanks
