    Why Sell?
    I am looking to unload my server to reduce the workload of the server.

    Traffic
    I don't do too much promotion but it is still receiving traffic from search engine and social bookmark site. You may view from the screen which are uploaded.

    Revenue
    This site didn't generate too much revenue (assume no revenue) as I don't really optimize it until last week. I try to change the theme which work well in adsense.



    Adsense Optimized Theme
    I just found the adsense optimized theme which have a very high CTR.

    If the new owner can bring more visitor to the website, I am very sure it is going to make money from Adsense.

    SEO
    I have installed some plugin in which is really useful for SEO like sitemap generator and All in One SEO. This will really helped in getting indexed in search engine.

    Content Management
    The content of blog is fetched from other website. You may scheduled it or post it manually. It is better to modify the layout of the post so that it match the theme of the blog.
