Umm, what I mean is, if say I was out for a week and couldn't post. But before hand I made 7 pre posts, is there a way to have one posted each day automatically? So it appears I never was absent.

Sure, just change the Post Timestamp when creating a post to a date you want the post to publish.

Look for the Post Timestamp on the bottom right side when creating a post.

Will that delay when it'll post, or will that just post with said date?

So if I changed the timestamp to next week, will the topic post anyway, just with the date for next week?

It will wait for that exact date & time, and then it will post.
