Hey DP'ers, I have been browsing the web looking for good seo companies and tools to use for my new web design company. and I came across a site with automated submissions which says over 700,000 submissions, and im curious if this is a good deal or not.. If you want to see the site it is located here: http://www.automaticsubmissions.com Please let me know if you feel this is a good offer or not. -Sean Carolan
Automated submission are not good, especially if you get a lot of them at once. This is just a search engine penalty or ban waiting to happen. Stay away from such services.
Personaly you can take what other people say to much as everyone is bias in there own little way.. i would split test them for a 2-3 months and look at the resaults.. Internet marketing is all about trial and error ..
The school of thought that automated submission is bad is really not supported by sites that are at the top of the search engines with so many unrelated backlinks. So if you use the trial and error approach you will find out fairly quickly that automated submission works even if it is shortlived.
Knowing the fact that Google favors natural/organic linking techniques which are done manually, anything automated is a Big NO-NO. White hat SEO techniques are done with patience and hardwork.
I agree that automated is not wise and can cause trouble with search engines. Especially since the last Google updates it is probably less of a good idea than before to submit the exact same content to more than one place.
To some extent is quite good as long as it is slow and accurate. By that I mean may be 20-30 submission a day spread for a month or two.
I wouldnt think they would be good do it manually i do everything manually may take more time but then i get good quality instead of lousy spam to my forum.
Automatic is really a bad idea. It sounds good in the short term, but it ends up stabbing you in the back due to low quality.
