Automated Social Bookmarking

Is there any plugin which automatically submits links of posts to Social Bookmarking sites like Digg and Technorati?

I won't be needing it spam, but just to save time. One submission to a site is all I will need for a post.

I would use OnlyWire, it is a website where you can post automatically to bookmarking sites.

 

I also use Onlywire which now submits to 40+ bookmarking sites once you have set them up.

 

I do not think that there is any other alternate is there for manual reliable submission .If anyone has use only wire than can share their actual experience here for everyone benefit.
