Automated site generation tools

    There is no click and make. you can use web templates. Still you will need to manually configure where each links point to.

    Use dreamweaver along with some templates

    why don't you use wordpress script and then choose a good template.. It is the best way to create a simple site..

    Use Joomla and select a nice template, for automated articles, use feedgator, feed2post.

    I imagine that anything that could do this with a few clicks would churn out some nasty dirty code.
