There are software programs and services that do this and you can find on Google.

I don't use any of them, so I can't really comment on pros/cons. Actually, I feel that it goes against the idea/point of blogging if you aren't writing them yourself, but I'm probably a purist and I don't make much money at it. If you can combine multiple feeds into your site in a unique way that your readers will enjoy and you can pepper it with your own comments, you could become a decent news portal in a way.

I know that I experimented with a way to do something like this with email at one point. I created a blogger site and set it to allow posting via email. Then, on my email server, I set up a new address and went out and subscribed it to about 50 different email subscription newsletters on a variety of topics from various sources. Then I set that address to forward to the blogspot email address that immediately posted the newsletter contents to the site. There was a little tweaking to get them to post right away, as Blogger's system auto-detected them as spam posts at first (and saved them as drafts), but eventually I just would let it go and I had a post every five minutes or so. In about a month and a half, I had about 1300 posts, not a single one that I had written. Eventually I unsubscribed and deleted the forwarding email address.

I did this just for fun, but you can see the results here -

As always, content is king, so your own fresh content is the best way to promote a site like this and get returning visitors.

Such Splogs are not liked by Google neither blogger. First of all, you won't get any traffic, secondly google will devalue your sites(if you are using these blogs to get links to your site), thirdly, blogger will delete all your blogs in few seconds as soon as they find you are making spam blogs.

There is also very good chance of your adsense getting banned!!! Please check syndc8's black hat forum for such experiences. In short, Blogs with RSS feeds will NOT work (Only the pros can make money from it)
