After receiving some PMs from the members, I would like to clarify that the RSS feeds used in the site is perfectly legal. There are many webmasters use these kinds of feeds to promote their sites. The concept of RSS simply pull out information from a xml file provided by the respective sites.

Another point is that I will not sell the script of this site to anybody else after this auction so as to protect the interest of the winner. This is a totally unique site with great potential.
