Automated Payment Processing System / Paypal

Hi. Is there any system out there that will automatically send a Paypal invoice to a client at a set date each month to get them to pay?

Or better still, is there a way of getting an agreement setup in paypal to ensure that Payments are taken from their account at that set time each month?
