Selling Automated Gaming Blog with 3 income streams and brandable domain

I am selling my automated gaming blog which has been established for 20 months.

The domain name is http://gamerscoop.com which is brandable and can be read as Gamer Scoop, or Gamers Co-Op. Perfect for continuing as a news/blog site, or creating/expanding a gaming community. I have already added MyBB forums but, have not promoted the community.

The wordpress theme is unique to the site, as I have customized it myself.

All content is brought in from WP-Robot, which allows you to add content through RSS feeds or from keywords of Amazon products, eBay auctions, Clickbank ads, Youtube videos, Yahoo Answers Q&A, Article base articles, Flickr images and Yahoo News.

The site has All in One SEO plugin, while part of the theme's options also includes SEO options. I am also using Dagon Designer Sitemap Generator, Google SiteMap creator, Onlywire Multi Autosubmitter (account(s) included).

Adsense and Amazon Affiliate Program are currently active on Gamerscoop with ClickBank also being easily added.

I've never really promoted the site but, over the past few weeks I have been working on traffic and promoting the site, so it has a lot of room to grow. What I have done, has already shown to have paid off, with the website receiving more traffic than another site of mine, in the same niche, which isn't automated. So with a bit more promotion, you could really just leave it to earn income for you.

January received 583 Unique Visitors and 19394 page views.
February received 837 Unique Visitors and 11159 page views.
March received 1548 Unique Visitors and 24749 page views.
April received 1312 Unique Visitors and 31065 page views.

Revenue:
I've made less than a dollar with adsense a month on the site. I've also had ad spots on the site, bringing in $5 a month per link.
