Is there any good directory submition program out there, something similar to the ones you use to submit your site to search engines.

I need to submit my site to several directories but I dont have time.

    Thanks for your help!!

Do you really get into all 276 directories?
Do you get a list of successful submissions?

Darn, lost a bid on ebay with one stinking second left!!
    And lost by one buck!
    Geesh....

its up to you but for me its very easy to manage all my sites and it keeps track of which sites you have submitted

and iowadawg, nope as some reguire payment, some are niche and some reguire links back..
but check the services forum people are charging $15-$50 for submissions
if you have lots of sites this could save you some cash.

I can see easily paying $97 to save the trouble it takes in filling all that crap in over and over again.

    A bookmarked site for me.
Once I have 97 bucks to blow on this, will purchase.
Or hunt around and see if there is a better, cheaper alternative.

Try Roboform it's free, you still have to go to the directory but you just have to hit one button and it fills out the form.

Is good, but the free version limits you to only 10 prefills.
You would have to upgrade to get unlimited prefills.

And i have close to 20 websites stored with all info. so i can submit to any or all every day or so.
It also stores all the info in one file, so i can copy that to my 2nd pc and all my settings are saved.. very easy to move from pc to pc.

Im very happy with my purchase.

I have roboform, but try auto filling in several sites.. not so easy

Do you really believe them there is 500.000 search engines? It's the usual search engine submission scam.

As for directorysubmitter.com software, I have two things:
    - they don't say whether the directories listed have search engine friendly links
    - from my own experience the list of directories changes so often, there are every month tens of new ones, and tens drop from the list because they got paid or lost or whatever. Directorysubmitter seems to have one static list and I wonder how accurate it is after two or three months. It is a waste of time if you browse through a directory only to find out they are no more free. Maybe directorysubmitter has some solution against that, but it didn't seem so from what I read there. The idea isn't bad, though, but at the moment I'm finding autofill software as good, and less expensive.

subseo, directorysubmitter has an easy way to report dead or not working directories and they have removed some of these reported ones, when i first got it 2-3 months ago they had 190 directories , they then added more to 284, then removed a few and now thier are 276.
So they do keep this up to date, and as long as it users report the dead directories then all benefit.

    That is good to know.
But truthfully, using someone to submit manually may cost, but worth it.
And in some cases for me, I got that done using good old fashioned barter!
I give them something, they submit for me.
Working with someone right now to have them submit all my sites to 300 to 500 directories. And my cost? Trading them one domain I do not need, two scripts I have and they don't, plus a few other good software programs.
Just ask in the links for sale thread about barter.
    Be surprised!

So how come this submitter does not have my directories?

There's also another one it's called axandra or something like that.. I never used it, but I guess it doesn't save that much time.. you still need to find a category every time and click the submit button.. :(

I am self promoting! but I am really trying to make a software special for this task. It is free & "green" (green= not installation needed).

Why not give me a try and help me improve it?
