Automated decline from advertiser

    So I was applying for a few ads on CJ and noticed that a couple had automated declines? this is like without them crawling my site......so is it just because I am new to CJ and they can block out new users or how do they determine ? maybe they arent taking new customers at all?

    Try to contact the advertiser :) and see if they will look at your application.

    Cheers, I wondered how they did that. I thought it may have been on location but always wondered if you ctr or conversion rate ever had anything to do with it

    CTR and CR have nothing to do with auto declines.

    Auto-declines can only be based on your specific publisher ID (for instance, if you've violated an advertiser's policies & they've banned you), your country, your earnings bars (New, or 0-5 bars), incentive/special status, or your site categories (although I'm not aware of any advertisers that filter based on categories).
