I have a landing page with 3 highly powerful articles sending traffic. This site has real arcade banners on the landing page and does between $12-24 a day, and around $400 a month. It has done $400 a month for the past 18 months. This is autopilot. No maintenance. And im looking for $8 K. It has performed well for a long time. Add me on msn Remember the underscore.

If it has been doing well stable 400 a month autopilot, it might remain or possible drop in the future 20 months. Taking the 8k you asking for, it requires 20 months to break even IF profit does not drop. It just feels a bit too much to wait 2 years to start profiting. Even if additional effort is done to increase sales, by saying double the profit. It also takes close to 1 year to actually break even. Just my opinions. ^^
