FYI: New screening process for buyers, you need to know how to FTP if you're going to edit any of the code for the sites ;-) If you can login to WordPress and upload a file via FTP, you can run these passive income sites!

 

I've had some people ask about income from these sites, so I'll go ahead and address that in the thread.

It all depends on the niche of course and how you plan to monetize things. I have sites that make $1 a month and I have sites that make $1 a day. It can be a crapshot sometimes trying to find a balance between a lot of traffic and cheap clicks or low-traffic and high clicks, you all know what I mean!

We can build sites for just about any niche you want. There are quite a few of these out there (myself and long-term clients) but it's no where near the level of craziness some site systems have been used. There are endless possibilities of niches that haven't been covered.... And the great thing is that even if someone else has a niche that you do, no site is ever going to be the same.

Back to monetization, I use a combination of AdSense (primary rev) and aff. banners. You have full control over the sites once they're setup so you can insert whatever code and ads you want!

Yes I'd say your Adsense account is safe, every once in a while Google will whack a site (delete it from the index) but the other SEs will continue to index and send traffic. I've never had any Adsense account issues.
