Automated article submission brings no backlinks. Duplicate content filter?

I am using article submission website for automated submission to hundreds ()usually about 400-500) article directories, ezines, blogs, etc.

If I search for article title in G, Y, and MSN it brings more new articles links daiy but it doesn't increase number of backlinks
As I understand, duplicate content filter is the reason...because the article has identic title and text.

Last year I submitted articles manually to main articles websites, with different titles and slightly changing the text. But now with too many websites I write articles for I can't do it manually.

In the past I saw some software that automatically makes several versions of an article to avoid duplicated text. I didn't bookmark the website :(

Does anybody have info about this software?

what article submission website are you using?

http://www.articlepostrobot.com can post unique versions of your article to different sites. in the coming update, you can rotate the title/summary/author bio for each article site too.
