I have afew ad slots on my website. How would I go about with this process: User clicks an ad slot and the user comes to a form in which they submit their ad link and image. They then proceed to the paypal and pay for it. If the payment was successful, the user returns to a thankyou page, meanwhile my website gets told that the payment was successful for that particular person and it displays their ad for the amount of time they pay for it. How would I go about doing this and making it as secure as possible?

You should make a checkout with API signature, there are few ecurrencies supporting this type of security feature. For example Paypal has got it too. With the digital signature you will prevent spoofing attacks. Reading your post I guess that your customers cheat you with that type of attack.
