Selling Automated - 92% search engine traffic - +- 420 visitors daily - revenue

Trying to sell it again Just not bothered with it anymore and my server account is running out. I only use it for this site so i don't really want to keep paying for it.

The site itself is about questions and answers which it pulls from yahoo answers using a plugin (included)

Most of the info can be found on the screenshots which i've included.

The site can be hosted on shared hosting i just had the server so i made use of it But def not needed.

Some stats:

Roughly 420 visitors a day coming from Google.
getting into a steady 1-2 pound a day from adsense
Site keeps growing as you can see on the yearly screenshot.

What keyword is the one marked as (not provided) ? Also your bounce rate is really high.

 

"A few months ago, Google, the search engine, started encrypting searches for user who are logged into their Google account while conducting the search. As a result of this encryption, the keyword that the visitors search to arrive to your site is not passed in the referring URL. Web Analytics tools rely on the keywords passed in the referring URL to build the search engine traffic report and in the absence of the keywords there is nothing to report, though they still see that the visits came from Google search. So Google Analytics now marks those visits that do not have a keyword but come from Google with “(not provided)” keyword instead of the actual keyword .

I only use adsense on that site. As you will see on the following screens for the last 30 days and one day by day for the last 30 days as well.

Keep in mind that the days in august with extremely high click count and low earnings is due to a click bombing i went through Google has been contacted about that so there were no issues.

How fast do you want to make this deal? Would it be possible to conduct the transfer of the site slowly for a week (two weeks), for example.

 

Depends what you mean. Do you mean just the transfer of the site or even payment stretched out over a week or two?

 

I mean: payments + site transfer + DNS change + etc.

 

DNS change is almost instantly, site transfer is done within an hour. I don't see the need for a week or 2 This can all be sorted within a few hours. And i'm sorry but i don't want to drag out the payment over a week.
