    I have decided to sell one of my websites, www.AutoDealerUS.com as I just don't have the time to promote it. I haven't spent time marketing the site so revenue is negligible. The domain dates back to 2001 and it's getting a steady 5 visitors each day without any effort.

    The site is a directory of US nationwide new and used car auto dealers. There is also an admin panel to add/delete dealerships. Below is a screenshot showing the admin panel:

    This site is well SEO'ed. The State category pages such as New York Auto Dealers displays related news feeds to keep content fresh. In addition, unique keyword meta tags are generated for all state and dealer pages. Mod rewrite is also enabled to display SEO URL's.

    The site consists of many PHP includes to edit content on all directory levels.

    This site is just ready to promote and make money in the right hands. Hosting can also be provided on existing server if required.

    As I said, I really haven't promoted the site so traffic/revenue is negligible. It's getting a steady 5 visitors/day. I can show traffic screenshots if you want them.

    Just to answer a few PM's publically. I am not interested in just selling the script. The new owner will have exclusive rights to the script. I am also not interested in modifying the script at all, it will be sold as is. Integrating a paid directory model would be easy enough, just by adding additional dealer listings in the admin panel and processing payment manually. There is also 1 or 2 states dealers listings which are missing. Hope this helps.
