You can use "Post by Email" feature from Blogger dashboard (with mail icon in the side of blog title). Create new email from the page and then go to feedmyinbox.com. Input your email from blogger and RSS feed URL to the 2nd section. After you submit it, you'll get confirmation on your blog. Simply just click on "confirm" link an now your blog has been updated automatically from the feed URL before..

If you use firefox as your Internet browser there is a plugin called Deepest Sender that will allow you to post to your blog from your browser. You can do this with Wordpress, Blogger, and I think Live Journal. I use it everyday and it is really easy to use.
There was a guy selling his script for make autoblogs in blogger. But now he is selling wordpress autoblog plugin. Script name is Autoblogit. Cant share here!
Really? Oh.. Oh.. I didn't knew it.. Yesterday I found WP plugins "WP-AutoPoster" (you can buy it here). On its site, they said WP-AutoPoster Is A Simple-to-use WordPress Plugin That Allows You To Drip Feed Your Content Out Over Weeks, Months, And Even Years! You Can Upload Text Files, Plr, Even HTML To Be Posted Randomly To Your Blog, Exactly As A Human Would Do It Only Better.. Anyone use this plugin? I need some references..
Autoblogging is not a good way to rank well, up to you but generally duplicating content from others with autobloging is not that useful. If you really don't care about ranks, and reposting the same content then go for it.
Take a look at the blog in my signature. This was cretated using new software which will tick all of your boxes. The content for this blog and many others is all managed from one application on my computer. The feeds are 'dug through' to get full content and images. The text can be rendered unique by translation automatically if you wish. The posts are scheduled to drip into your blog at a time interval of your choosing. You can edit the titles or re-write posts in the software if you want to. You choose which posts to upload and click a button. Then that blog is on auto-pilot until all of the posts have been made (if you are using say 5 feeds and posting 3 entries per day that could be a couple of weeks). Then you just return, hit update feeds and upload a load more for the next couple of weeks. It works with both Wordpress and Blogger blogs. The final cool thing about it is that you can also integrate PLR articles you may have lying around on your hard drive. The software will grab those and integrates them into your chosen blogs too. For people wishing to manage multiple blogs with steady content, it doesnt get any better than this. EDIT: Bear in mind this blog was created last night and the content is being dripped in, so if you look at this now (23rd March) there will not be reams of content - check back later for that, but you will see the quality of it anyway.
