AutoBlogging Plugin that doesn't need a Cron Job?

    Hi,
    I was wondering if there was an autoblogging plugin for WordPress where you don't need a CronJob for it to work? Because I have a free hosting service and they don't allow you to add Cron Job's. If anyone knows of a free website hosting service that allows Cron Job's that'd be great to know also. Thanks!

    BlogSense and WP Robot both make use of Wordpress's psuedo cron. But both are commercial and might be too resource intensive for a free host.

    Wordpress Robot is the gream of the crop in that area... Pretty much all of the free plugins will require you to use the cron jobs.
