Can you please give me some names of auto blogger programs out there. I currently use blogcommentor which is cool and finds blogs based on keywords and PR but most of them are no follow. Is there a tool which finds follow blogs? Thanks
Comment postings is worthless for SEO, because blogspot.com and wordpress.com platforms put "no follow" on their HTML code. So this prevents search engines to be index any urls on comment postings.
if you right click on a link using firefox it will tell you if it no follow. There are a good deal of wordpress blogs with no follow removed. I run three of them.
This is true. However, there's what's called the "dofollow movement" or "u comment, I follow". Bloggers using Wordpress can install a plugin or manually change the php to NOT have the links be nofollow. Just do a search for 'dofollow' and you'll find lists of blogs that allow link love. Be sure to write thoughtful comments, as most are moderated! Don't make the blogger regret their kindness and make their comments nofollow again. Try to write at least 2 sentences, related to the blog post. Both of the blogs in the sig are Wordpress and are dofollow.
Links with comments aren't useless, unless the blog is Nofollow. My blog, for example, id Dofollow. Which means your links in comments count. I do this to give back to my loyal readers and commentators. If you would like free comment links, you can comment on my blog. I have an autoblog script that I wrote for a wordpress mu site I set up. I was shocked to see that site hit PR5 after just 2 weeks, ranking higher than my own 7-yr-old blog. There are enough follow blogs out there that it's definitely worth it and an autoblog in the right niche can get a lot of quality backlinks. Some people make autoblogging stupid but there are plenty of quality autoblogs out there. I subscribe to several of my own autoblog feeds that cover topics I am interested in and many other people subscribe to them too. It's really just an intelligent rss aggregator in a blog format.
